Before your visit:
Complete all required new patient paperwork (available via email link when you schedule or onsite if needed).
Bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card (if applicable).
Prepare a list of any medications you are currently taking.
Write down questions you may have regarding your skin concerns, procedures, or treatment options.
We kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and paperwork review.

For uninsured patients or services not covered by insurance—such as cosmetic or aesthetic treatments—we offer clear, upfront pricing during your consultation. What to Expect During Your Visit
When you arrive, our friendly front desk team will greet you and confirm your information. Our team will conduct:
Dr. Tarantino will conduct a detailed skin evaluation and discuss any concerns
If a suspicious lesion is found, same-day biopsy may be offered.
If treatment is needed, you’ll receive a personalized plan based on your diagnosis and goals.
For surgical patients, we provide clear instructions before and after your procedure.
Post-Appointment Information
Post-surgical care instructions will be given if a procedure is performed. You can review general guidelines on our Post-Surgical Care page.
Follow-up appointments may be scheduled for suture removal, wound checks, or cosmetic assessments.
You’ll receive contact information for any questions that arise between visits.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call or email us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other patients in need of same-week care.
