Our Approach to Wart & Skin Tag Removal

Cryotherapy (Freezing)

A quick, non-invasive option for the most common and plantar warts. This method uses liquid nitrogen to freeze the wart, causing it to fall off within a few days.

Electrosurgery

This technique uses an electrical current to burn away the lesion. It’s ideal for warts that are resistant to freezing or located in thicker skin areas.

Snip Excision or Surgical Removal

For skin tags or larger growths, we may perform a simple in-office snip excision under local anesthesia.

Topical Treatments

For patients with multiple or hard-to-reach lesions, we may prescribe medical-grade topical treatments to be used at home, with follow-up visits for monitoring.
